Our technical team will verify the submitted details and will contact you with the replacement details. Our experts will verify the issue reported once we receive the product, we will then send the replacement products to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us. If we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will provide refund.
Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason.
